Samrudhisahakarana Nidhi Limited is a Non Banking Indian Financial Enterprise registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India, with the objective of performing for the welfare of Small and Medium Enterprises. The Company is recognised under section 406 of Companies Act 2013, read with Nidhi Rules 2014. The core functons of the company are lending and borrowing among the members for their mutual benefit. The principle objective of the company is to enable people to save and invest more in a safe and enclosed system.

Membership

Any person, abo ve the age of 18 as per age proof, is eligible to become a MEMBER by purchasing the Shares of the Company. It is mandatory for an individual to become a member of the Company to avail of the services offered by the company including Business Loans, Gold Loans, Mortgage Loans, Fixed Deposits, Recuring Deposits, Monthly Deposits and Daily Deposits. The face value of each share of the company is fixed at Rs. 100/-.
